Compensation can be adjusted by adding Optional Other Units, setting the Full-Time Equivalency, or paying at a higher or lower percentage of the guidelines.

1.  In unusual circumstances enter a description and number of other units to add.  The Other Units Value will calculate automatically.
2.  Enter the percentage of time for which the pastor is compensated as 1 for 100% or as a decimal for part-time.  The Salary Subtotal will calculate automatically.
3.  To calculate compensation according to 100% of Guidelines, enter 1 for 100%.  Enter other percentages as decimal, e.g. 1.05 or .95.  The Salary Subtotal will calculate automatically.
