Software for managing the congregational gifts discernment process




Help in using Many Gifts is available in several formats:

Video Tutorials Several short video tutorials covering most phases of the program.  A quick visual orientation to the program can save much time in getting up and running.  A high speed connection is helpful (if not essential).

  Installation Guide Basic guide to downloading and installing Many Gifts.
  Features One page summary of features.  Helpful in describing program to others.
  Overview Six page overview of program including several screenshots.  Helpful in describing program to others.
  Creating a New Dataset The first step in entering data for your congregation is to create a dataset that will contain the information.  A step-by-step guide.  Also see After the First Survey.
  Importing Names You will save considerable time if you can import the names of people in your congregation from another software program.  A step-by-step guide.
  Adding Names How to add names manually, either a single names or several at one time.
  Adding Categories and Tasks/Positions Survey information is stored in tasks/positions organized under categories that are customized for each congregation.  Can also be used for spiritual gifts, personal styles, and other uses.  A step-by step guide.
  Add Questions to Surveys Open-ended questions can also be included in a survey.  A step-by-step guide.
  Creating a Print Survey After categories, tasks, and questions have been created, a print survey can be created.  A step-by-step guide.
  Entering Survey Data A step-by-step guide to entering survey results.
  Creating a Web Survey* How to create a web survey similar to the print survey.
  Processing Web Surveys* How to process the data resulting from a web survey.
