Ending the ctfmon.exe process
 
In some computers/printers the printing process seems to "hang" and nothing seems to be happening when trying to print tags or reports.  Close the program and try the following:
   
1.  The Windows Task Manager is opened by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Delete at the same time.  This illustration is from Windows XP.

2.  Click on the Processes tab.

3.  Click on the Image Name column heading to sort.

4.  Find and click on the ctfmon.exe process so that it is highlighted.

5.  Click on End Process.

Then close the Windows Task Manager and restart TagIt.
