| Rank | A one page sample report ranking areas by average score for all worksheets. A multi-page report is available ranking each code or personal option. The top five and the bottom five areas can be seen quickly. |
| Table | A simple report comparing data by area. In this example all worksheets are compared to results by gender. The number of responses, the average score, and the standard deviation are shown. |
| Distribution | Shows the number of responses for each option for each pastoral areas. |
| Graph | This example compares all worksheets to the responses by the Leadership code in a graph format. |
| Comments | Comments for all worksheets are shown. Comments can also be shown for codes or personal options. |
| Mix Analysis | A correct worksheet has 5 low, 10 medium, and 5 high expectations. This report checks each worksheet and reports the results. |
